Outpatient therapy package Mon-Sat
Outpatient therapy package Mon-Sat includes:
- doctor’s appointment and preparation of a personal therapy plan
- 2-3 therapy treatments during 6 days
- free access to sauna and swimming pool from 1 to 10 pm (except under the trainings, closer information in the hotel)
Taking into consideration your wishes and the personal therapy plan prepared by the doctor, you can choose between the following treatments to be included in your outpatient therapy package:
- 25 minutes of hand massage
- Haapsalu mud treatment
- pearl bath with herbs
- underwater massage (automatic or manual)
- whirlpool bath for legs
- apparatus physiotherapy
- paraffin-ozokerite therapy
- inhalation
- salt therapy
- music therapy
- light therapy
- Charcot shower
- stretching
- Hydro Jet Relax waterbed massage
- movement therapy in a group
- water gymnastics in a group
In addition all the customers of our spa have free access to::
- early morning swim from 6 to 8 am (sauna not included)
- sauna and swimming pool from 1 to 10 pm
Check-in into the rooms begins at 3 pm on the arrival day and on the departure day we ask you to vacate the rooms at the latest by 12 noon.
Therapy package includes several treatments to which you can add treatments by ordering on the spot from our selection of additional services
