Restaurant Blu Holm serves the best dishes in a beautiful summer holiday town Haapsalu.
The objective of our restaurant kitchen is to offer you different dishes that would give you unforgettable experience that you will remember for a long time.
According to you wishes we will make hors d’oeuvres for your home or company. Restaurant Blu Holm has a beautiful sea view. There are 160 seats at the restaurant. We have designed a modern interior so that you could enjoy for relaxation a glass of champagne, carefully made cocktail or wines made by the best wine masters.
For spending your evening we offer you several possibilities: folk-dancers, the Slavic folklore ensemble, children’s dance studio and show dancers perform to you. On several evening a week, there are dance evenings to the ensemble music.
In addition to tasty food, we want to offer you perfect service as well. We train our staff on continuous basis. In order to be in touch with the latest trends and to get necessary experience our service staff participates in different competitions.

The name “Blu Holm” describes the best the restaurant with a romantic view on a blue sea. The word “BLU” is a reference to the colour palette that has been used in designing the interior, the word “BLU” creates an emotion. The word “HOLM” is a reference to the beautiful location the restaurant is situated in.
