The spa hotel Laine water and sauna spa features:
A steam sauna where you can enjoy temperatures up to 45 degrees and a humidity. The warm steam opens up the pores and after the sauna the skin feels really silky.
A traditional sauna has temperatures of up to 90 degrees. The sauna’s high temperature invigorates blood circulation and the shedding of waste products. It also alleviates muscle tension and joint aches. One should cool oneself off with cold water between the sessions – this will temper your body and beef up the immune system.
Sanarium is a relaxing sauna at a temperature of 50-55 Celsius with a breathtaking sea view. Sanarium is ideal or everyone who doesn't appreciate too hot temperatures and prefer just to relax in a warm sauna.
The salt sauna is a low temperature (up to 50 degrees) steam-free sauna. The salt sauna is the mildest type of sauna that has a refreshing effect and relieves respiratory ailments. It is advisable to go to the salt sauna after the steam sauna or the Finnish sauna. In the salt sauna, the body is rubbed with natural sea salt in massaging movements, held on the skin for 5 to 10 minutes and then washed off in the shower. Salt is known in folk medicine for its exceptional healing properties. Rubbing with salt will exfoliate your skin and it will feel really silky when you leave the sauna. Inhaling saline air has a healing effect on the respiratory tract. Salt cleanses the skin and removes dead skin cells, and improves blood flow and reduces swelling. The salt sauna is not recommended in case of skin injuries.
The spa hotel Laine water and sauna spa pool is 20 meters long and 5 meters wide. The deep end of the pool reaches 1.4 meters and the lower end 1 meter. The pool temperature is 28 degrees.
Water and sauna spa visits are free when staying at the spa hotel Laine.
